​@keke Thanks for posting in the Community and I'm sorry for the trouble you're experiencing with exporting. Try exporting in SVG format and see if that resolves the issue. Also, what I need to know is if you are cropping at all when exporting the document from Lucid? To clarify, that seems to be the only time I have any issues is when exporting from Lucid and I click either crop to content or custom crop. If I simply export the entire document without cropping the page at all, the shadows seem to export with the image. 

If none of the above helps, could you please try the following:

• Exporting in a Chrome Incognito browsing session. This often improves performance by clearing your cache and cookies and disabling your extensions.
• Exporting again on another network ensuring that you are on a strong stable connection. 

If none of these tips help would you mind sending in a support ticket so that we can take a look at your specific document? Please include the document URL, a description of your download settings, and the exported file. Thank you for your help and patience!

Thank you for your detailed response.
To export an image, I right-click on the desired selection and choose "Export Selection" then "PNG".
Exporting in SVG format does not solve the problem. I do not see the options "either crop" or "custom crop".

Hi ​@keke, thank you for sharing an example screenshot! I was able to reproduce the behaviour described and have raised this with our development team.

In the meantime, you can export via the file option (File > Export > PNG) which has a crop drop down option. You can choose custom crop and adjust the selection as needed. 

I understand this has additional steps but should allow you continue your work in the meantime.
