When I click “Make me a facilitator”, nothing happens. The facilitator panel does not appear and I don’t see an icon. Am I missing something?

Just wanting to check something, are you clicking on the facilitator button in Lucid Chart, or Lucid Spark. As far as I know facilitator mode only has controls when you are viewing a document in Lucid Spark.
It is worth noting that I think the facilitator commands work regardless of if other people are viewing in Lucid Spark or Lucid Chart.
