Hi! Recently it seems as if the confluence plug in stopped working. I am working on a Mac in Safari. When placing a Lucidchart all charts return the following message: 

Message: Our servers experienced an error. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Flow ID: 5e80448db40f5f82
Time: 2025-05-20T13:49:09.343Z

We use Lucid a lot for documentation of processes in our company, so this quite a significant issue and if this won’t be resolved we would need to switch to a different tool for our diagrams. 

Hopefully this can be fixed. 

Hi ​@F T D , thank you for your post and sorry to hear you’re experiencing issues with the Confluence integration. To confirm, are you seeing this error when you try to insert a Lucidchart diagram into a Confluence page?

Would you mind sharing the following information to help us take a closer look?

  • What browser are you using? Have you tried this on an additional browser or using an incognito or private window?
  • Please enable 3rd party cookies and then try inserting the diagram again. Please take a look at this article for information on how to do this.
