Intermittent API Access Issues with Shared Documents via Group

I’m currently working with several Lucidchart diagrams using the Lucidchart API to retrieve and process their content as part of a custom development and testing project. Many of these diagrams are not owned by me directly but are shared by colleagues on my team.
We typically share documents using a Lucidchart group. A teammate shares the document with the group, and the group consists of myself and another software developer.

The issue I’m encountering is that sometime my API key works perfectly to access the content of these shared diagrams, and sometimes it doesn’t. In some cases, I receive an error like the one shown in the attached screenshot. Out of approximately 30 diagrams tested, this has happened with about 3 of them.

The temporary solution I’ve found is to have the teammate re-share the document, but instead of sharing it with the group, they share ir directly with one of the group members (without detach the group). Once this is done, the API access works again.
So far, I haven’t been able to identify the root cause or reliably reproduce the issue but I’m actively running test to try to replicate it. If anyone else has experienced something similar, i’d appreciate any insights or suggestions. And if a Lucidchart engineer happens to see this, I’d be happy to collaborate and run test together to help resolve it
